   Pull Apart Cinnamon Bread

pull-apart-cinnamon-bread

This is an easy recipe for some pull apart cinnamon/sugar bread given to me by my camping friend Rita. She is the queen of cooking in a dutch oven which is how she made this recipe. This a a good recipe to take to a freinds house but so easy you can just make it at home for yourself. It's a good one to make with your kids because they can do most of it and will surely love to eat it. I'll be making mine in the oven in a bread pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz can Pillsburry buttermilk biscuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl
  2. Quarter biscuits into 4 pieces
  3. Dip pieces in the melted butter then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture
  4. Drop pieces in small cooking dish or breadpan. (Rita uses her dutch oven)
  5. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 19-27 minutes

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: about 20 minutes
